We specialize in network monitoring, incident response, automation, and cloud integration for ISPs and MDU providers. We are currently seeking to expand our team to support our growing customer base in the USA with professionalism, expertise, and a focus on reliable connectivity.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residential customers requiring technical assistance. You will troubleshoot issues related to home networking internet connectivity, and supported desktop applications while working remotely as part of our global operations team. This position requires strong technical problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where uptime and service quality are paramount.

In this role, you will contribute to the design and layout of customer websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines. Working as part of our creative team, you will collaborate with clients to translate ideas into functional and attractive websites. This position requires a keen eye for design, basic knowledge of web development, and the ability to adapt designs for various devices and platforms.

In this role, you will monitor, maintain, and support the health of network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime. As part of the Network Operations Center team, you will be responsible for responding to alerts, performing routine system maintenance checks, and addressing network issues. This position requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service availability for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residential customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and guide users through solutions for networking issues
  • Support customers with browser, email, and application related concerns
  • Accurately document any steps taken to resolve customer issues
  • Quickly escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements
  • Create and update website layouts, graphics, and content using approved tools and platforms
  • Make basic HTML / CSS edits to customize website appearance and functionality
  • Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and perform well across browsers
  • Document design changes and maintain organized project files during your work
  • Assess website design, performance, usability and other metrics for data-driven reports
  • Monitor network infrastructure for performance and availability issues
  • Respond promptly to alerts and troubleshoot network incidents to resolution
  • Escalate complex problems to senior network engineers as required
  • Accurately document network events, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
  • Perform routine maintenance and checks on network hardware and software

Required Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and computer hardware
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
  • Knowledge of commonly used applications and web browsers
  • Patience and adaptability when working with customers of varying technical backgrounds
  • Ability to work effectively from a remote location with reliable internet access
  • Understanding of web design principles, typography, and color theory
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
  • Familiarity with website builders and content management systems such as WordPress and Figma
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS or other web technologies for light development
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work
  • Ability to work effectively from a remote location with reliable internet access
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP / IP and routing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities such as Splunk
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills when troubleshooting infrastructure
  • Must be able to commute to Koto City in Tokyo since this is an on-site position
  • Ability to work effectively from a remote location with reliable internet access
